While we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ve partnered with Razorpay to ensure a smooth and secure online payment experience. You can pay using UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking with ease.
While we make every effort to display our artwork as accurately as possible, slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting during photography and differences in screen settings. The real-life colours are often even more vibrant and textured, as handmade art has unique details that may not fully translate in digital images.
For the artworks, we usually take 7–8 days to complete the piece with the attention and detail it deserves. Once finished, the delivery process may take up to 5 additional days, depending on your location. So in total, you can expect your custom order to reach you within 12–13 days from the date of confirmation. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process!
We take great care in packaging each artwork to ensure it reaches you safely. Depending on the type of painting, we use the necessary protective materials—like bubble wrap, rigid covers, or sturdy boxes—to secure it properly.
